TERMS AND CONDITION

What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

To maintain the integrity of our original designs and ensure fair trade practices, we process all sample requests at 1.5 times the standard production rate. Moreover, we offer this service with no minimum order quantity to support your evaluation process. However, please be advised that we do not provide complimentary samples to safeguard our craftsmanship against unauthorized reproduction.

Available price term is FOB (Free On Board) only, whereas Ex-Factory is available for selective clients.

In addition, Dalem Handicraft facilitates global transactions primarily in US Dollars (USD) and Euro (EUR). Consequently, all payments are automatically converted to our base trading currencies. For the ease of our international partners, payments can be coordinated through our banking channels, with specific transfer details clearly outlined in each invoice

Given the natural and handcrafted essence of our products, all transactions are final unless specific written guarantees are provided. Therefore, any claims regarding manufacturing defects must be formally reported within 7 days of the goods’ arrival at the first port of entry as specified in the Bill of Lading. Following this, verified manufacturing errors will be handled through replacements during subsequent shipments. Ultimately, our liability shall never exceed the actual invoiced value of the specific goods in question.
